I got this little perch from my regular fish place in Austin. Usually they last a couple of paintings, but this one was gone from the beginning. We are so hot here, and really wet still after 15 inches of rain in one day. We are steaming in our own juices.
Glad this fish lasted at least for one painting! The colors are perfect and I like the background cloth. Your green plate is well done, too.
