Found Plants 1
Yo.
Made it to LA.
Am working temporarily in a dark place (physically, not noir-ish) and so have bought a $35 LED bulb. Noon light! But the shadows are very dark and sharp, so I have to think on this, what to do.
LA! What and why? Hope it is a good thing. It has been a while since I have had a chance to catch up with your wonderful and creative work. Cool that your work is on the jar labels. Blue bonnets all beautiful. Was that a farewell to TX? Best of luck to you Jean!
Jean!!! Hello!!! I'm so glad to see a fresh painting up. You were in my dream the other night. I have clearly been thinking about you :). We were painting together in a room in what appeared to be some kind of stone ruins in Latin America. I hope LA is treating you well so far, my friend. xx
Yes, good to see a new painting up here. Dark sharp shadows are rather nice in this one, though I realize not ideal for everything. Inadequate lighting can be hard on the eyes for a painter, though. Maybe a few more of those LED daylight bulbs? Could still be useful later when you are no longer in that space. LA - now there's an adventure! Hope you're having fun, :) V
Them thar looks like California plants.
