Humane Society Animals
We had another pet painting class this afternoon at the Humane Society of Williamson County in Leander, Texas. I'm so proud of them! They jumped right in without hesitation and made these charming paintings.
cool beans...lots of personalities...love PML's ...looks like chiwauwa(sp)- great on pink...my second favorite is the milton averyish black mysterious sphinx in sea of green...all look like they love their pets...cudos to studenti and professore...Bravo rtmac (this comment sent to my email address)
Wow, these are so good! I'm very impressed. Well done, class!
I love the big ears on the first pic, and how the dog appears to be walking into view. The second pic is idyllic, immediately makes me feel calm and happy. The gold dog is gorgeous, especially his beautiful brown nose. The dog in the fourth pic clearly has high self-esteem, LOL, the way his chin is lifted with a haughty tilt. The cat's eyes are *amazing*! And the folds of fur around the cat's neck make me want to dig my fingers in to pet him or her. Love that the blue collar matches the blue expression on the next dog's face, while one upright ear shows that he's got a happy side, too. And the final pic - oh, that sweet little dog, laying down with his back legs curled off to the side. He has such a precious face!
These paintings made my day! They are so joyful and express such unique perspectives of these glorious pets. Each one exudes a deep connection with the pet and each one captures individual personalities. I loved this series. Thank you!
Thought you may want know that I just updated my blog, XOXO & Cold Wet Noses, with a post about Saturday's class. Enjoyed it very much and looking forward to doing it again sometime. Thanks for your help.
another great day, love all of them. Joy
